Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times:

 

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

MuscleMobster.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

MuscleMobster.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

MuscleMobster.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping/Return Policy

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 15 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

*Note - we do not offer free return shipping for international orders.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

 

Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.

 

When will my credit card be refunded?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
